Take a look at our Online Support Group for people living with CF
We are really excited to be able to continue to offer our patients the opportunity to take part in CF specific online support group sessions. These sessions will take place on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7pm with additional drop in session on the 4th Thursday of the month at 7pm. These sessions are externally facilitated by Claire Nash, a local psychotherapist who has been running these groups for the last couple of years.

Overcoming CF with Challenges, Fitness, and Perseverance
Kevin’s story is a reminder that no challenge is too great, no obstacle too large, if you approach it with determination and the right mindset. While CF presents its own set of difficulties, Kevin has shown that perseverance, motivation, and a little help from friends can help overcome even the toughest barriers. “I’m not trying to be inspirational,” Kevin says humbly. “I just want to show that if you work at it and set your own goals, anything is possible. Don’t let CF—or anything else—hold you back.”
