Centre Manager & Administration
My role as Manager of the Adult Cystic Fibrosis Centre involves the day to day running and organisation of one of the Uk’s largest specialist centre for adult patients with cystic fibrosis. I am responsible for the provision of an efficient administrative service, comprising secretarial, clerical and reception staff.
My role also carries responsibility for the smooth running of out-patient clinics and in-patient activity; ensuring that patients requiring admission are managed appropriately. I am also involved in setting up contracts for new patients to make sure that patients receive funding for necessary treatments and packages of care.
The medical secretaries can be contacted regarding any CF related administrative queries and ‘fit to fly letters’.
