Friends of Heartlands Cystic Fibrosis Centre

2nd November 2019

Would you like to get involved and make a genuine difference to our patients whose lives are affected by Cystic Fibrosis?

If so, please come along -our next meeting will be held on Saturday 23rd November at 2pm, ward 26, Birmingham Heartlands Hospital, Seminar Room.

The Friends of Heartlands Cystic Fibrosis Centre are a group of friends and carers of people with cystic fibrosis who meet 2-3 times per year to support each other and organise fundraising events for our centre. It's all about like-minded people getting together for the direct benefit our cystic fibrosis patients.

We would be delighted to hear from anyone interested in helping in any way, every single contribution is vital in supporting the work of Heartlands Cystic Fibrosis Centre and help raise public awareness of the condition.

The time commitment is totally flexible and you can do as much or as little as you like, and when you like.  It could be anything from lending a hand sending out letters, helping with one of our events/bucket collections, holding your own small scale fundraising activity like a coffee morning or cake sale, or even donating a raffle or auction prize - the choice is yours.

Please note that due to the risk of cross infection people with CF will not be able to attend in person.
