Good Bye and Best Wishes to Sarah Cameron CF Physiotherapist

28th June 2021

Last week we had to say a very sad goodbye to our wonderful physio Sarah Cameron who is leaving us for pastures new.

Sarah has taken the role of Health Hub interventionist (the equivalent of Joss’s role here) at the Sheffield Adult CF Centre. Sarah and her husband Hugh are really excited to go back to Sarah’s home city where they will be closer to her parents and the beautiful countryside they both love.

Sarah began working at Heartlands in 2000, and began working in CF in 2005. Over these years Sarah has achieved a huge amount in CF. Sarah has been a wonderful physiotherapist, dedicating herself to her work in CF and will be greatly missed by both our staff and our patients.

I know Sarah did manage to speak to some of you before she left, but to those who she didn’t manage to speak to I know she wanted to say a huge thank you. She loved working here because of the people she worked with. Though she has left us, she remains dedicated to working in CF, so I think we will all still see her around.

We wish Sarah and Hugh all the best as they embark on their next adventure.
