Managing your weight - Sign up to our ‘Refresh – Eating Well on CFTR Modulators’ webinar to find out more about how you can introduce healthy eating principles into your diet to help you manage your weight.

Our Refresh webinar will be on Friday 20th January @ 1pm.  This presentation will be delivered by CF Dietitian Katie Marsden. You can have your camera on or off and just listen if preferred. There will be an opportunity to type questions in the chat box, and we answer these at the end of the session. We will also provide written information and web links on the topics to all attendees. Exercise - Our physiotherapy team can offer online small group or one to one exercise sessions or would be happy to discuss an individualised exercise plan with you. Please contact the physiotherapy team about their exercise services on 07772 137613

Monitoring your Health - Would you be interested in joining over 170 of the adults with CF at Heartlands who have already signed up to CFHealthHub, a personalised app to monitor your health trends? The CFHealthHub app is free to download and the content will be individualised for you. CFHealthHub enables you to add your weight and spirometry measurements to view in simple, easy-to-understand graphs, as well as help you track your nebuliser use, if you wish, with the use of a brand new eTrack device. Mental Health Well-being –to find out more about how to access services please contact our social work team who will be able to sign post you to the most appropriate support for your individual needs. They can also help you to apply to Heartlands Cystic Fibrosis Charity for a counselling grant to fund access to psychology services locally.
