Our clinics have become extremely busy and are now often  booked up for weeks in advance. When you ring up to ask for an appointment, we will do our best to fit you in as soon as we can. If there is a delay, we ask you to be patient with the member of staff that you speak to - they cannot make a booking for a clinic that is already fully booked. We know that this can be very frustrating and assure you we are making every effort to improve the situation.

And please, if you know you can't keep your appointment, we ask you to let us know in advance - ring Outpatients 0121 424 1693. This means that your slot will not be wasted as we will offer the appointment to someone else who might otherwise face a long wait before we can fit them in.
