Patsy and Jayne are our ward house keepers. They co-ordinate the meal service and prepare and serve our 'Lite Bites' menu, as an alternative to the main hospital menu. They are responsible for the co-ordination of all patient facilities and services in the ward area to ensure a clean, safe and comfortable environment.
