Peach and Orange Smoothie
½ can peaches in syrup
1 small (150g) thick and creamy peach or apricot yoghurt
2 tablespoons of double cream
100ml orange juice
Place all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until mixed. Pour over a couple of ice cubes to serve.

A handful of frozen mixed summer berries
150ml single cream
Lots of Crushed ice
Place fruit in a blender and blitz for 30 seconds, add cream and ice and pulse for a few seconds and then blend until slushy consistency.
